When you apply to become a Registered Bidder, you are making representations to each member of the Manheim Group and also agreeing to the following important conditions. You should ensure you have read the Agreement prior to registering and making any bid at a Manheim Sale. If you bid at any Manheim Sale you will be subject to the Agreement.

Notice of Update to Terms and Conditions

We’ve updated our Terms and Conditions for Auction Sales, effective from 12 November 2025.

The key changes include:

  • Clause 8.7: Clarification regarding the scope and limitations of Manheim’s vehicle inspections.
  • Clause 8.8: Additional detail on the accuracy and completeness of information provided about Items, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • New Clause 10: Introduction of terms specific to Electric and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (EV/HEV) Sales, including disclaimers around battery health reports.

We encourage all users to review the updated Terms and Conditions to understand how these changes may affect your participation in our auctions.

By continuing to use our services after the effective date, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
