ManheimFowles offers two levels of website membership:
- Standard membership allows you to personalise your experience, and is easy and free.
- Full membership allows you to buy vehicles online if you satisfy additional requirements.

How to Register for Standard Membership
Please read the Terms & Conditions.
Then simply fill in the fields on the form at left
and click Subscribe. You will be able to log in to your standard membership straight away.
How to Register for Full Membership
Please read the Terms & Conditions.
Then select Yes to become a full member on the form at left
, fill in the remaining fields and click Subscribe. You also need to provide the following:
If you are a licensed motor vehicle dealer
- Fax or email us a copy of your LMVD/LMCT/LVD/RD certificate.
If you are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer
We require a $1,048 registration payment, comprising a $1,000 bidding bond and a $48 (GST inclusive) registration fee.
You can cancel your registration at any time and the $1,000 will be refunded once any purchases are paid for.
You can provide the registration payment either:
- By credit card over the phone at 1800 001 278. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
- In cash or by credit card at one of our locations.
We will then email your full membership password to you.
Please note:
- The $1,000 bond cannot be used towards the purchase of a vehicle.
- A success fee applies to items purchased in Simulcast auctions;
$110 (GST inclusive) in Truck & Machinery auctions,
$27.50 (GST inclusive) in all Salvage and Recreation auctions,
$99 (GST inclusive) in Government Car & Commercial auctions,
and $88 (GST inclusive) in other Car & Commercial auctions.
